Cheesecake with "Dew"

Dough: 1,5 cup flour, 0,5 butter bar, 0,5 cup powdered sugar,2 tablespoons Grandma’s cream, 1 tablespoon baking powder. Mix these ingredients together, knead the dough, roll it out and put on a baking tray.

Cheese cream: Stir 6 yolks with 2 cups powdered sugar, stirring add 1kg triple-milled Grandma’s cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons Grandma’s cream, 4 tablespoons oil, vanilla sugar, 2 sachets vanilla pudding. Next add 3 cups milk - mix everything, pour onto dough and bake for 1 hour.

Meringue: Beat 6 whites into a froth with 8 tablespoons powdered sugar and put onto baked cheesecake. Bake it together for 10-15 minutes more. Take it out from the oven and let cool. On meringue’s surface there’ll be dew drops.

Grandma’s Yummy Cake

Ingredients: 50 dkg Grandma’s cottage cheese 15 dkg butter 30 dkg powdered sugar, 2 yolks, 1,5 cup milk, 3 dkg gelatine
fruit - peaches or strawberries, 2 sachets jelly, Stir butter with powdered sugar, add yolks and Grandma’s cottage cheese.

Next add gelatine melted in milk. Pour into a baking tray, decorate with fruit. Pour jelly onto it.

Chilled Cheesecake

Ingredients: 1kg milled Grandma’s cottage cheese,4 sachets jelly (various colours), sponge cake.

Melt jelly in half of amount of water, let cool. Mix each jelly with cottage cheese. Put them on sponge cake little by little, in order not to mix layers. Chill cake before serving.
